I guess it depends on how you value Kylington and Jankowski. I'm pretty high on both, but I definitely don't see them as blue chip.
They're both very promising, but not guaranteed can't miss NHL players.
I think a lot of teams have equivalent prospects that they might feel are expendable for a Landeskog/Duchene level NHL player.
