Yes exactly. I'm trying to make a slightly more balanced malt ala Ralfy, otherwise this Smokehead would be on my shelf for years.

I'm hoping that I can turn the Glenfiddich 12 into something more interesting and stretch out that large bottle. That way I don't need to dip into my Ardbeg, Lagavulin, and Laphroaig stocks which are dwindling rapidly.
