Why couldnt he accomplish anything with a very good Sharks team?
McLellan to me is just someone who has ridden on the coat-tails of vastly more talented coaches and good teams.
Put him in charge of a bad team and can he get more than the sum of their parts out of them? I think not.
You're probably right that he'll land on his feet, but that doesnt necessarily mean that he should.
