I think we have similar tastes. I have a Submariner (16610), a white face Daytona (116520) and a 40mm Panerai (PAM48).

Yesterday, I was in a jewellery shop in Zurich and tried on a white gold version of this watch:
It is now on the top of my list of wants. I would lean towards the rose gold, but the white gold is just as stunning. This picture does not even do the watch justice. The enamelled dial with the blue steel numbers and hands is amazing.
