... in and of itself wasn't the greatest, most climactic final boss battle I've experienced. Bit of a let down, and not just because it was pretty easy (even with the difficulty turned up). The fight against Helis was downright anti-climactic, and the Hades thing was just another fight against corrupted machines, basically - there were no new enemies I hadn't killed a whole bunch of times before. Then Aloy stabs an inert ball with a spear and... that's it. I'm hoping the end of the Frozen Wilds quest line (which I still have to do) provides a more fitting final end to the game.

I haven't played Frozen Wilds yet, but it is confirmed that there is a sequel. I agree the ending could have been a bit better, but with a sequel on the way, I can see why it ended as it did.
