I've seen the complaints online, so I'm sure it's an issue, yet somehow the soft cap hasn't really been an issue for me yet. I reached 350 last week without too much issue, and well on my way to 360 this week. I don't think I play like crazy either. I just did most of my milestones on one character. Could have gotten all, except we decided to stop short at Calus after doing the other encounters. Everything, including all the raid encounters on normal difficulty was dropping 350+ stuff last week. Also cashed in some Mercury prophecies I had sitting in my vault for a while, and those dropped at 350+.
