ey all

I just wanted to throw out there that the Calgary Minor Football Jamboree is this Saturday August 13th at Shouldice starting at 10:00 PM and running til 4:00 PM.

So if you have a hankering for some football before the Stamps obliterate the Riders, here you go. Plus there will be bake tents and auction tents and all of that good stuff where the proceeds to to support minor football in Calgary.

This is a jamboree for the Bantam and Peewee level teams.

My team (Calgary Cowboys Grey Bantam) play 4 mini games at 10 12 2 and 3.

The 10 and 3 games are on Stampeder
the 12 game is at field 8
the 2 pm game is at Hellard

At the Jamboree the games are broken into 2 halfs played on a half field with 10 plays for each offense. there is no blitzing and the QB's must stay in the pocket.
