Fully close the app and try a reboot. If that doesn’t work you can try to just reset settings. Then if nothing else you can do an ispw update which will over write the current iOS and hopefully fix the corrupt file. If that doesn’t work your SOL without a restore.

Yes, the built in clock app. I'll try the settings reset first.
The ipsw update sounds interesting and I'll look to do that or at least set up for it. I do have a recovery image from before the beta so I might just reset and restore that and then update to 14. I don't store anything locally on the phone so no big deal to reset really.
