At the end of the presentation, Feige also mentioned some of the projects they "didn't have time" to talk about, including Guardians of the Galaxy 3, Captain Marvel 2, and Black Panther 2, as well as the Fantastic Four and something about mutants.

Those are all in the 2022 and beyond time frame, so not part of Phase 4 (probably).
