There was a video game, I think it was called Fear with a creepy little girl. It was a first person shooter, but the game had limited ammo sites to reload, so you couldn't do the psycho make the guy dance with bullets.
Until you got the nail gun of course, which was hideously powerful and send the enemy flying into the wall where he would stick.
So of course wanting to be thorough and safety oriented cause falling corpses are dangerous, I'd make sure that sucker was never leaving the wall. Plus shooting a dude in the junk with a nail gun . . . hilarious.
Until you come around the corner and see a uber tough enemy and then you wished you had a few nails . . .you know to put a guy up for the night.
