Not a bad idea. IMO it all starts with the parents. If parents are acting like idiots in the stands for 10 year old hockey, the situation will continue to perpetuate.

I have seen more parents tossed at games and tournaments in last two years and I am good with that. If the ref can hear you, you're gone.

But I like the idea of someone responsible in the stands.

But of course there's no way no police those parents who insist their life needs to revolve around their child's success at hockey.
