Would you like your tax dollars to go into retro fitting every public building into this system? Because going forward I could also see that being the way building are built if these family change rooms don’t pan out. But who’s going to pay for all the old places being changed? Throwing in a new set of toilets and showers isn’t going to be cheap. What’s wrong with just stalling everything up and making it open to everyone?
