For this batch same rules apply including you need to have cap for all your offers.
However, now all remaining free agents are up for grabs.
There's a couple of things you can use to try to find some hidden gems.
The definitive list of free agents is here:

That list will likely include a bunch of retired guys too so it takes some work to crawl through.
So to help here is the list of unassigned players outputted from the sim:

This list includes un-signed ECHlers who aren't free agents like Tim Stutzle. I've gone through and tried to cross reference with CPHL clubs but chances are that I've missed some. So if you find someone on this list that you want to sign you should cross reference with the first list above to confirm they are a free agent.
