Chicken wings. So easy, too:
Pack of wings, line them on tray, bake for 1 hour at 400. You could deep fry them too, but that's too much work without a deep frier.
1/2 cup butter, 2 cups hot sauce pinch of cayenne - melt in sauce pot.
When wings are cooked, smother in hot sauce.
Throw back in oven to crisp up for a few minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesan. Serve with blue cheese dressing . . . or ranch dressing if you're an uncultured philistine.
