Have you considered the possibility that I post a lot about issues related to China because I have a lot of life, research, and professional experience related to the country and feel that is where I have a perspective worth sharing in discussions?
There are lots of topics that I read here but I don't post on just because I don't have much of a knowledge base in them.
Personally, I kind of like to hear from people who have an informed perspective that I don't have, like hearing from CaptainCrunch sharing knowledge on military stuff that I don't know about, or MrCoffee sharing info on context in SA that I don't know about.
It's unfortunate that we're in the political climate we're in, where pretty silly narratives are contributing to statements like "your country sucks" having to be challenged.
