Only if you ignore that we've been in a pandemic the entire time, supply chains for all products have been impacted, and that demand has never been higher for these products.
They've sold 17.3M units as of December 31st, and it was still the fastest selling PlayStation of all time for most of the year until the chip shortage caught up in Q4 of last year.
Part of the reason they aren't on the shelves is because it's selling better than pretty much any device ever in it's first 18 months.
