Ive been using one for 8 months now. The first few days sucks a bit but its much easier than simply quitting. Its not as enjoyable as smoking but its pretty close. Whenever I need more liquid I buy the next level down of nicotine, hopefully after a year I'll have weened myself off of it. Overall its much better than smoking both health wise and socially. I wish I made the switch sooner.
