A light-hearted moment was Treliving gushing about how well Cale Makar played and what a player he is going to be, when Rollie Cyr pointed out that Cale’s father, Gary, is a huge Flames fan and longtime season ticket holder and was at the session and pointed him out sitting in the crowd. Said he has a house full of Flames memorabilia and was the most conflicted person in the respective arenas during the first round.
