I wonder if that is something that is common on other teams, having a single forward who has more combined points outside of pp time than an entire pp unit has on pp time but that forward still does not get any pp time.

Janko and Bennett both need more ice time. Both have huge upside potential compared to Czarnik and Ryan. They might not be as effective now in some situations but in the future they both could really develop into great players. Janko has the size and Bennett has amped it up this season.
