Another option is to get in touch with a social worker, this really is their area, they know all the ins and outs.. The one I dealt with was through the brain clinic at the Foothills. I think I also saw one through the CAR program at one point, and both were employed by AHS. Your GP/ specialist might be able to set you up through, say, the Primary Care Network (or something).
