Okay, so back on topic possibly? What I like to do is grill all sorts of vegetables and fruits(pineapple!) on the bbq and keep in the fridge for later use. Peppers, zucc, mushrooms, eggplants, asspass, broccoli.....whatever. Just toss whatever in olive oil and garlic and grill on high heat. You get that kinda charred taste and it works well with all sorts of dishes. Omelettes to pastas and yes fresh grilled pineapple slices on a burger? Nom nom nom
