I've used DYK (thanks to Slava's recommendation a few years ago) many times to ship to the US, and it's been fantastic. It's cheaper and also much faster...so pretty much a no brainer.

Shipping to Canada is a bit more of a crapshoot...not because of DYK but because the Duty costs are unknown. But its a good way at least to get stuff that otherwise wouldn't ship to Canada.
