Three episodes into this. It's pretty good. The book is an absolute must read and obviously goes way deeper than they can in a dramatic show.
The actor is doing a pretty good job with Ali Soufan, but the CIA lead is a little too villainy, a little over the top.
For more on John O'Neill, you should really watch the Frontline doc on him as well.

edit: actually, reading about the guy that character is based on, maybe cartoon villain is an accurate portrayal.
