Fox has really elevated his standing though among people who have no dog in the fight. So while as Flames fans it’s quite possible we wouldn’t have rated him quite so highly vis a vis other D prospects at the time he was traded, his stock has risen and he has shown improvement. Flames fans’ objectivity in evaluating this naturally disappeared the day he was traded.

I wasn't high in him before he was traded. Now, that may be because I have a bias against undersized D from one of the lesser colleges, but it wasn't because whose system he was in.
