I don't have a hate on for meat, just would prefer to eat healthier in general and don't want to rely on solely on eating meat for protein.
Basically, I'm wanting to incorporate things slowly over time instead of completely revamping things all at once and I figured that maybe there might be some others on here that might be going through the same thing, or have gone through the change recently.
