I built a Rasberry Pi using a Pi 4B just a few weeks ago. If you have a monitor you could hook it up. Probably a good bet to get in super cheap if you are just looking to program.
I don't think I will be using mine anytime soon and could sell it. Did it more for a hobby one weekend.
