^ yeah but it just seems so arbitrary. There's no consistency at all, which frankly at this point in the tournament is unacceptable. How is that a clear penalty in one game and then in another it's not even looked at?
I don't really care in this case (although I do enjoy watching the US lose!), but some consistency would be nice.
