Absolutely anything that makes scientists and researchers come together and WORK together without dividing the community is huge news in stem cell research. This holds so much promise... I am almost holding my breath, waiting for a 'but...'. Once these people start working on the same thing, who knows what will be done. Also, it really probably shouldn't simply read 'Canadians' make breakthrough, as it was done in partnership with the British. Both communities are to thank for it.
