Got turned off from drugs altogether soon after high school. Had some bad trips and smoked too much weed, didn't like being knocked on my ass.
Since then casual drinking and an edible here and there. Went to a concert last year and popped some Molly, which I actually enjoyed. The music and dancing was great, and felt like a million bucks. However I probably wouldn't do it again - just not my MO in interests. Much rather work on building a business, writing, and being outside. I find get the same level of pleasure.
I feel for those struggling with drugs, I can see how it can be a slippery slope. "Just one more" seems to always daisy chain the next hit.
