He even says right in the article it's a two-way street.......the players listen to the coaches, the coaches listen to the players. They're a team. If there's open communication among everyone that is a very, very good thing. I'm glad Ward is willing to listen to ideas from everyone and willing to adapt and give it a shot. It's a good sign for things moving forward.
