I don't get a carbox tax rebate, and I allready did most of the items on their list including LED lightbulbs and smart thermostat.

Which is awesome because I can tell you my energy bill after the upgrades has been minimally impacted. Having 2 young kids means lots of washer/dryer and dishwasher use. Oh and lots of furnace and AC use as well.

So people are right when they say this is window dressing. Installing 10 bulbs in a house is going to do jack all for most peoples power bill or consumption.
