Losing 125 lbs seems like a pretty big deal. I don't talk about it on social media, but it does feel like something I can toot my horn a little on here a bit more. Intermittent fasting has given me the toolkit that I think I can be a healthy weight soon and remain there for the rest of my life. It really helps managing hunger, which I was skeptical about when I first started... because that seems counter intuitive. But mornings I have breakfast I find I'm hungrier in general rest of the day. Weird but it seems to be the case. So, intermittent fasting, you make me happy.
