The members did just put a vote of confidence for the head of the CPA who had a judge rule his testimony was not reliable, was investigated by ASIRT and had purgry charges recommend to the crown, and the crown decided to lay purgry charges on said testimony.
Questioning the members in my mind now a days is completely fair after this vote.
