Manitoba has always been blessed with better cell phone plans, but I sure got a slap in the face when I went shopping around today. The best deal they could muster up is one that has me paying $40 per month more than I currently pay. Bell purchasing MTS has caused our plans to tend towards what the rest of the nation pays.
