Was at BBQ on the Bow on the weekend. Talked to lots of teams, got some great tips....oh and the BBQ was ok.
Couldn't believe how many teams were using drum smokers or pellet-poopers. I only spotted 1 kamodo and a small handful of offset smokers.
The champs used drum smokers for all their meats.
Maybe it's time for a drum?
