Lifetime Suspension

Spoiler!
The minor stuff:
The multiple side quests were not too riveting, aside from the trip to 1970 and Thor's heart to heart with his mom, but still watchable.
Hawkeye and Widow fighting to make the sacrifice was awkward since it was kind of funny, then very suddenly very sad.
The trying to explain the complications of time travel conversation with time stone lady and Hulk wasn't even necessary, since they discarded that later for a rather simple resolution.
The heroes took the whole getting nuked thing without much confusion, when they weren't expecting Thanos and his fleet at all since past Nebula was working in secret. You'd think they would've had a collective "oh ####" moment. That would've helped build up the final act, which for something so epic came about so suddenly.
If Iron Man could nab the stones and make his own makeshift gauntlet to snap the enemies to dust, could that not have just been done in IW? He surely would've been willing then, too.
Where they slam dunked it:
Thicc Thor. It worked the whole film. Killed me the first 5 minutes. Almost couldn't believe they didn't have him "disappear" to slim down and come back like normal, they stuck with it.
Cap taking on Thanos 1v1 and holding his own with the hammer.
Hawkeye finally got to shine too. Giving him an important role in the fight for those 10 minutes or so was a treat.
The limited use of Captain Marvel. They picked her moments just right. And she didn't make the rest of them look disposable. Her entrance to the final battle was perfect.
The sendoffs of Tony and Cap. Both well done, about as well as they possible could've drawn it up. Carried a lot of weight, but also tasteful. Honored both characters.
Paul Rudd's role and Tony's family life were also effective and enjoyable.
Continuing to build up Thanos, but this time dissolving any sympathy for him. Great villain.
A lot of fun. Will be memorable for its endings. Not the greatest film ever, but a solid 8 with many payoffs.
