I assume all rink will or do have blue line cameras aligned with both the front of the blue line as shown in the rule change video, because otherwise this will create some review nightmares (similar to the ambiguity in high-sticking reviews, or 2004). Presumably there's going to be at least an unwritten rule not to kick back when entering the zone or it will be a player safety issue.
