You want a new start? think maritimes, Halifax, St. Johns would give you the best chance IMO.

Unemployment rate is too high. The low dollar is a blessing for Ontario based manufacturing companies. Although if the right job comes up, I would seriously consider moving to Ontario. Never live there before though.
