This sounds very similar to the things my half sister says when she is off her meds for Schizophrenia. She tends to think there is some conspiracy against our family going back to our families Irish clan, and that biker gangs are out to get us.
In my experience, there isn't really a way to rationalize with her. The only advice I would have is, until you for sure know what's driving this, make sure she is safe.
