Mistake? Sure, but he also had time to think about what to do with the deer.
I really have a hard time believing the dispatcher gave the instructions not to shoot it but instead run it over.
There’s ways to make sure the bullet doesn’t ricochet, especially when you’re able to shoot it point blank. Cops have this kind of training
