Just ask your GP for Twinrix, if you have enough time to take the series of shots before you depart. But even that is probably overkill.
Duns River Falls isn't a must see IMO, especially since it is a bit of a trip from where you're staying. There's lots of great beaches and restaurants in Montego Bay. Go visit Hedo Rick.
