Consider the Xiaomi phones if looking for a cheap android phone.
I recently purchased a Xiaomi 4X (4GB, fingerprint sensor, slot for micro sd, etc) for $120 with DHL shipping from china. Got here in 4 days and works seamlessly with Telus/Koodo.
