I hear ya. I spent a few summers building their bikes, what a dumpster fire that place is. Almost every manager is a know nothing alpha full of bluster and ignorance. The staff are peons who have had the spirit sucked out of them so they can only respond with "yes, master". If you think the stores are a mess of products, you should see the store rooms. I don't think I've even been in one in a decade.
