Care issues,

The boards are all soaked in food safe mineral oil for 24 hrs and then coated with my own blend of mineral oil and beeswax paste.

It is best to wash with soap and water and then towel dry immediately.

As the board ages with washing and use it will start to dry and shrink leading to cracks on the glue lines usually. To avoid this it is best to give it a wipe/soak with mineral oil every once in a while.

DO NOT put in dishwasher and avoid fully submerging in a sink of water.
