Makes a lot of sense why he's there, and how the battle back was so obviously tailored for him to win.

BUT I think he really got screwed by production. And he must be upset about it. Look at his first week HOH when he had to nominate 5 people. And he had a perfect plan to get Paul out only to be foiled by some secret power production had manipulated for Paul. Oh and then this past week he and Jess make a great plan (that honestly, they have a good chance of pulling off) only for him to be screwed by production again (Xmas ring of replacement is conveniently remembered). No wonder he cried. CBS has really given him a very unfair chance. He could have been one of the best players of all time if only he wasn't solely focused on Paul.

To people who say Jess and Cody were the only likable houseguests... watch some youtube clips about their opinions on things. They have gotten a bad "villain" cut from CBS, and they are not the most dis-likable people in the house, but they are far from likable. It's a really terrible bunch of bad people this year. But it is entertaining.
The problem with week 1 is that Paul would not have been voted out even if he didn't have the power. Jess even admitted that they would not have had the votes and anyone who was up against him would have gone home. Mainly because people were fans of his.

But the 3 weeks safety was specifically designed for Paul in case the newbies were actually smart and got the vet out first. Which is stupid.
