I stuffed a kind of Greek salad (toss red onion, olives, feta cheese, spinach & oregano in quality olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar) into a lamb burger and it was truly amazing. On the grill you will get decent flare up so I suggest a quick sear on the bottom grill and then finish either on the BBQ's top rack or in the oven
