Yeah, they've got plenty of cap space and two regular recalls available. With the amount of guys they have who are playing with bumps and bruises, they can easily invoke the emergency recall rule to bring up pretty much as many guys as they want to.
Similar to the 2016 season finale when they dressed almost half the Heat roster.
