If I were betting man I would say the Jets get a blue version of their retro and the Flames get a white version of their retro. The Logo seems to indicate this as well.

I just can't see Winnipeg (as the home team) not wanting to cash in on the white out with another white retro jersey. However, if the NHL's goal is to sell more merch, I would agree a white Flames and blue Jets makes sense.
