I dont see that, I've found that more businesses, especially smaller businesses in Calgary are struggling with the fact that while rental vacancies are skyrocketing most commerical rents arent being reduced, or are actually increasing, due to a significant increase in Property Taxes.

Its hard to make something work when Revenue goes down but Costs go up.

For a place like Lloyd's its not like they can just 'shop around' and find another location, theres brand loyalty, convenience, there are a lot of factors that would make a business like that a tough go.
