Don't believe so. Last year's Vanier Cup was streamed via CBC.ca. (Think it was last minute, and they didn't have someone lined up in advance)

CBC does seem to be the only one that would be willing to do this since they focus on amateur sports broadcasts. They do track & field, ski events, gymnastics, and I'm sure others.
